Click 'Register Your School' on our homepage and complete the setup form. You'll receive admin access immediately and can begin inviting teachers and creating grades/classes. Our setup wizard guides you through the initial configuration including grade names, subjects, and school settings.
Full school oversight including: student enrollment management, teacher assignments, class creation, grade customization, parent communication tools, progress reporting, analytics across all grades and subjects, standards implementation, comprehensive reporting, supply list management, report card generation, and payment/tuition management with Stripe integration.
Go to School → Teachers and use 'Invite Teacher'. Send them the invitation link, and they'll have access to their assigned classes immediately. You can assign/reassign classes, set permissions, and view teacher activity from your admin dashboard.
Absolutely! In School Settings → Grade Names, choose from patterns like 'Kita Aleph/Bet', 'Grade 1/2', or 'First/Second Grade'. You can apply one pattern to all grades or customize individually. The system supports both boys and girls divisions with co-ed options.
Your admin dashboard shows real-time analytics across all classes. Use the Reports section to generate progress reports by student, class, grade, or school-wide. Export data for board meetings or compliance requirements. View attendance trends, behavior statistics, and academic progress.
Chinuch App uses enterprise-grade security with role-based access control. Admins can set granular permissions for teachers, parents, and students. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. The system is FERPA and COPPA compliant, with full audit logging of all access.
Yes! The Payment Management feature includes Stripe integration for secure payment processing. You can set up tuition plans, send invoices, track payments, enable auto-pay, and generate financial reports. Parents can view and pay balances directly from their portal.
Go to School Settings → Behavior to configure your school's behavior model. You can create custom point categories, set up school-wide mivtzas (campaigns), choose from worldwide behavior models, and configure how teachers award points. Students and parents can view progress through their portals.
Log in to your teacher portal and click the 'Classes' tab. You'll see all your assigned classes with current enrollment. Click any class to view detailed student profiles, progress, attendance, and management tools.

You'll receive an invitation link from your school. Click it to create your parent account and automatically link to your children. Your dashboard shows real-time progress for all your kids in one place, including grades, attendance, behavior points, and teacher messages.
View your child's progress in all subjects, recent assessments, teacher notes, attendance records, behavior points, upcoming assignments, standards progress, vocabulary mastery, and grades. You can also see which Torah learning standards they're working on and their growth over time.
Your dashboard shows attendance records including present, absent, and late arrivals. You'll receive automatic notifications when your child is marked absent or late. View monthly calendars and attendance patterns to track trends.

The PTO Sign-Up section shows available events and volunteer opportunities. Browse options, sign up with one click, and manage your commitments. Events automatically appear in your calendar with reminders.

Your teacher or school will give you a login link. Click it to access your student dashboard where you can see your classes, assignments, progress, games, and connect with your teachers.

When your teacher assigns an assessment, it will appear in your Assessments section. Click to start, answer the questions, and your work saves automatically. You can see your results and teacher feedback after grading.

Users can reset passwords via email link. Administrators can also manually reset user access and send new invitation links. Two-factor authentication is available for enhanced security.
